In CretanVipTours due date for a booking is 48 hours before your transportation time and this booking initially includes only arrivals and departures.
All the prices on our pricelist refer to the arrival to and departure from your accommodation or other specific spot, to any port and airport in Crete.
For any other service except from transfer from / to airport and port, prices are set on request. Hence, the final price of your transportation does not include the cost of archaeological sightseeing, museums or tour guide services.
All transportation services that include a tour guide might be canceled due to extreme conditions, such as general strikes, closed highways due to strikes, weather, or any type of unexpected events.
Reservations are validated with a deposit (20% of the sum total) for the services offered. After your deposit has been confirmed by CretanVipTours, you will receive a confirmation e-mail through which we will discuss the final payment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking in CretaVipTours can be canceled 2 days (48 hours) before transportation time without any charges.
In case your cancelation takes place 12 hours before transportation time, the charges will be up to 50% of the transportation cost.
Obligations
In case you do not show up in the arranged place, at the arranged time, you must contact us calling these numbers: +306975966709, +302821020835. In case you have not managed to contact us, our driver is obligated to wait for you for half an hour.
After half an hour passes, we will call you in the number you have provided us, and if we do not get an answer, our driver will depart without any further notice, thus you will be charged with the agreed transportation price.
Clients should let CretanVipTours know in case a passenger needs special care due to health issues.
Reservation cost is returned to the client in case of a flight-boat delay, time change or cancelation.
Extra Information
In the airport, our driver will wait for you outside the arrival gate, after you have picked up your luggage. The driver will be holding a board with your name. If you face any difficulty in finding your driver, please call +306975966709.
Your driver will help you with your luggage to your car and to your accommodation.
In case of delay, we will be there waiting for you without any extra charges.
If you forget an item in any of our cars, our driver will keep it safe and contact our company.
There are some rare occasions you have booked a vehicle (bus-minibus-limo) and we are not able to provide it.
This might happen due to a delay of a previous transportation (flight delay-cancelation) from Chania or Iraklion airport or an outside factor such as traffic.
Since we do not want our clients to stress out, we provide a similar car for the transportation. For example: In case we cannot provide you with the bus, your transportation will take place in a mini bus or a limo and vice versa. Of course, your transfer will be private and without any extra charge.
Also note that we can arrange a suitable day trip for you, as long as you have asked us via email first. Along the same lines, if you have any complaints, you can send them to us via e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible.
